Every order on CWHatch.com qualifies for free shipping. We normally ship orders within 1-2 business days. Orders for single shirts are sent via USPS First Class Mail Service and usually arrive within 6 business days of placing the order.
Orders for 2 shirts to 12 shirts ship via USPS Mail Service and normally arrive within 5 business days of confirmation of your size requests (for orders of 3-18 shirts please send an e-mail to bulk[at]cwhatch[dot]com confirming how many shirts of of each size Small, Medium, Large, XL you would like us to send to you.) For orders of 13 shirts or more, shipments may be made through the US Postal Service or UPS, at the sole discretion Cwhatch.com. These orders can take up to 7 business days to arrive (from the time we recieve final order details confirmation e-mail).

Returns & Exchanges!
We understand that at times customers may need to exchange shirts once they arrive. This can easily be done. To do this first contact service[at]cwhatch.com with an e-mail message containing your order # and the number & size of the shirts you are sending back to us. Also tell us what size you would like us to send to you in return. We will send you an RMA and help to complete the exchange. For t-shirts there is no restocking fee. The buyer will pay returning shipping to get the shirts to us, and we'll pay the shipping on the new shirts going out to you. To be eligillible shirts must be new and unworn. If a shirt arrives to us in any condition other than new we will send that shirt back to the customer. We will notify you of our decision not to exchange the shirt prior to sending it back.
We also accept returns if you are not satisfied. First contact service[at]cwhatch.com with an e-mail message containing your order # and the number & size of the shirts you are sending back to us. We will send you an RMA and help to complete the exchange. For t-shirts there is no restocking fee. The buyer will pay return shipping to get the shirts to us. To be eligillible shirts must be new and unworn. If a shirt arrives to us in any condition other than new we will send that shirt back to the customer. We will notify you of our decision not to accept the shirt as a return prior to sending it back.
If we send you the wrong size shirt or send you a shirt that is in any way defective, please send us an e-mail at service[at]cwhatch.com and we will correct the error at our own expense. Buyers will never have to pay return shipping on incorrectly filled orders or defective t-shirts.
